Data Deletion Instructions

CultureMedia System (CMSystem) does not save your Facebook personal data on our servers beyond what is necessary for our auto-moderation service to function (e.g., your name, user ID, and page access tokens). According to Facebook policy, we have to provide a User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL.

If you want to completely remove your Facebook account connection and delete all associated data from our systems, follow these steps:

1. Log into the CMSystem Dashboard. Go to the home page and ensure you are logged in.
2. Locate your Facebook Account. In the main dashboard under the "Connected Accounts" section, you will see your linked Facebook profile.
3. Click "Unlink" (Отвязать аккаунт). Click the red Unlink button next to your Facebook profile name.
4. Confirmation. Once clicked, our system immediately processes the deletion. All access tokens, connected fan page statuses, and related moderation data tied specifically to your Facebook ID are purged from our database immediately.

Alternative: Removing the App via Facebook Settings

Alternatively, you can remove the CMSystem integration directly from your Facebook account settings:

• Go to your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
• Click on Security and Login, then find Business Integrations or Apps and Websites on the left-side menu.
• Find "CMSystem" (or the name of this app) and click Remove.

Note: Removing the app from Facebook revokes our access immediately. However, to clear your data from our database completely, please use the Unlink button in our dashboard as described above.
